All hard landscaping installations (including patios, paving, decking, fencing, retaining walls, and driveways) are covered by a five-year workmanship guarantee, protecting against defects arising directly from our craftsmanship.
Where materials are supplied by us, we also pass on the benefit of any manufacturer’s warranties, which may extend up to twenty-five years depending on the product.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover:
- Natural weathering, wear and tear, or movement consistent with the nature of materials used.
- Failure of grouting caused by unforeseen ground movement or subsidence beyond our control.
- Defects arising where we have been required to build upon or work over sub-bases, foundations, or levels prepared by others.
This guarantee operates alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
